The room was not clean at all. The sitting chair was horribly stain, the shower curtain was stain, and the light switch and walls were dirty. We will not stay there again.

The rooms were moldy smelling. Toilet dirty. The sheets didn’t fit so they came off all night! Lady at the front desk was too busy talking a different language to someone on her phone, while checking me in. There was no one to check me out. Will never stay there again!

The hotel looked abandoned from outside. Like construction started and stopped last year. Walked into room 104 it smelled like old smoke and mold. The white bedspread had yellow on the edge of bottom. Looked like a dog lifed its leg. Day 2 no hot water. The carpet was nasty. There was a hole in the wall by the door that was about 6”X3” that had yellow caulking holding it together.
I went to the store and bought scented candles and Lysol spray….Yes it was that bad
I was there because of a loss in my Family. I wasn’t willing to fight with someone to get a different room. Honestly I doubt that there was a better room. I have never seen a Hotel room like that. I would have never guessed that a Quality Inn would put their name on such a Disgusting place.

Hotel is dated, but refurbishing is in progress. Room was clean and adequate. King bed was very comfortable, and hotel was very quiet. Linens were sparse, no extra bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths. TV remote didn't work, so I took it to the front desk for new batteries. Clerk suspected the problem was just me, so he tried to use it for a short time before just handing me a different remote. That remote didn't work much better than the first one. It would not turn the TV off when time came to go to sleep, so I had to unplug the TV to turn it off.

The facility had an unpleasant odor and the plumbing was cheesy and hard to get adjusted for shower, the fridge did not work.
However it is under renovation.
The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was good.

Never stayed here. Property set reservation for 1 day early. Staff at property wouldn't change their error and charged me for not staying.
Even once ******* Customer Service contacted them, they refused to assist in their mistake.

I was told I could park in back, which was closest to my room, but I didn’t feel safe parking back there. It was too secluded and there was a lot of trash. I parked on the side of the building, it felt more secure for me.
