I appreciate that The staff were not being overbearing. They were very polite and helpful. I had several children for my daughter’s birthday sleepover and they got pretty rowdy but nobody was rude about it. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean.

1st room on 1 st floor and damage to room door around the lock. I got another room which was good.

The staff was very friendly on both check in and out. The room was clean, the pillows were very comfortable and the tv had good selection of channels.

It wasn't nice only thing.It wasn't a good variety of things to eat for breakfast that I liked but overall good

Over all comfortable but needs a few improvements.
We stayed in an accessible king room with walk in shower. I love that the hotel offers this type of room. I was disappointed that the shower and bathroom had no grab bars. Also you had to stand in shower and turn on water. You either had to stand in corner of shower until water got to correct temperature or stand under the shower with cold water until it warmed up. Also outlets on lamp were very loose and my CPAP machine kept coming unplugged in middle of night.

Broken shower faucet in room. They tried to fix, but still had very low water pressure.
