I didn't have time to checkout the breakfast, the owner seems like he doesn't like that you use apps to book the rooms and he charges a dollar fee for using apps he says it's a convenience or facility fee

Carpets and bathroom need a bit more attention. Microwave and refrigerator were grimy. Beds need refreshing as they were kinda in the hard side. We did enjoy our stay. Decent breakfast options. Air conditioner was musty smelling and not easy to sleep with on. We will actually use them again if needed. Our son stayed at another one in town that was much better for $10.00 more with hot tub, pool, workout area and better breakfast. But, we were satisfied .

Got what we paid for. Didn’t expect 4 star accommodations.

Fridge was loud so we unplugged it. Otherwise it was quiet where our room was.

Ran out of Kleenex. Last day so didn’t ask for more.

Very basic breakfast

Room was clean but cluttered side entrance.

VERY loud in the hallway all night, broken A/C, no toilet paper, HORRIBLE water pressure in the shower, and the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had the displeasure of sleeping on.

There were dirty towels from previous guests on back of bathroom door, carpets need a good scrubbing as well as air conditioner filter, cabinets, lights and corners of all areas. Enjoyed our stay and very pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality, Greg and Juanita from Orange, Texas.

Overall, the property inside and out needs maintenance, and better upkeep. Key card and door lock did't want to work properly. Door opened and slammed into wall everytime you opened it. Bathroom needed some repairs to the tub/shower drain/stopper assembly. Few other cosmetic issues around the facility itself, outside and inside.
