The toilet seat was not on the toilet, paint can in the middle of the floor and a dolly was in the middle of the floor also, and room was dirty.

They gave away our reservation even though we called before check in to let them know how far away we were and that we were on our way and then they wanted to charge us for a 2nd room for the 1st night of our stay and then they could get us into the correct room the next day.

The kitchen was dirty. There were no dishes available at all for my use. The outside of the fridge was very dirty as well as the bathroom. I had to go buy cleaner and disinfect the entire room. I was not comfortable enough to sleep on the bed. I slept in the leather chair.
