Tv did not work, bathroom not clean (hair in tub drain) had to clean before we could shower (water backed up in tub), room door had to be shimmed for it to open, 1 wash cloth (2 people) and reserved a King Bed no smoking and was put on a room with 2 doubles beds and smelled like a dirty ashtray. Very dissatisfied 😤😤😤

The location was good & the room was good & I even used the small pool. I asked twice for a toothbrush (I had forgotten) & they said they would get one when someone cam back. But didn't. I asked again in the morning & they said they didn't have any. BUT mostly I didn't like the breakfast. There was pancake batter BUT when you went to put it in the cooker, it already had batter from someone previously and the machine didn't work. You would think they would have a sign or take it away. The Orange juice dispenser just shot out water only, there were bagels but no cream cheese, there was white bread but no toaster, there were oat meal packages but no hot water, & the coffee was pretty dark & bitter. But I am not much of a coffee drinker so I can't say how good it was.

Bed and bathroom was not clean. Had to get new sheets and pillow cases and change the linen ourselves. Hair was everywhere in the bathroom.

I’ve already pulled the maintenance records and directed our team to inspect that specific room top to bottom, floor included, and we’re not putting anyone else in there until it’s 100% resolved.The roach issue? That’s a hard “no” from me. We do have regular pest control service, but clearly that wasn't enough in this case. I’ve scheduled an additional treatment for the entire wing of rooms near yours, and we're increasing the frequency of inspections to make sure this doesn’t happen again.As for the loose fixtures—that’s sloppy, and it shows a lack of attention I won’t tolerate. I’m holding a meeting with housekeeping and maintenance this week to realign on expectations and ensure every room gets a second set of eyes before it's considered guest-ready.

Staff was polite and friendly but the property needs some help. Appears to be under renovation which is needed however had we known they’d be working on the building during our stay we would not have booked this hotel. The continental breakfast was not provided as the lobby was closed down due to renovations and the room reeked of cigarettes when we requested a smoke free room. There were several loose staples in our floor, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and half the time the toilet would not refill after flushing. Thankfully we spent most of our time at the beach or along the coastline or else I would have been very upset during this stay. It was Fine for sleeping but that’s about it.
