Private area friendly people friendly staff but just looking at the room because I used to be a housekeeper I know this soap wrapper paper on the floor toilet not clean in the room or not swept our mopped bed have not been made properly I had to go get my own sheets and make my bed cuz I found hair in the bed on the pillows and I have never laid in the bed but staff was willing to give me a whole new set of sheets so I can make my bed on my own and the next morning I've seen where she had someone come pull the sheets from every room that has been vacant so I feel like she's trying to fix the problem

Shhhh, don't tell anyone but this is my Go Too property in Biloxi. My room was clean and staff was great.

I stayed there and Mrs. Mary was nice and helpful jjst git a problem wuth them changed me extra $50 that i was suppose to get back when my visit was over and never did so i will not be going back to this hotel next year sorry but they took from me and now nobody's answering the phone bad business

On the surface it looked ok butt the bed was obviously not changed from the previous guests. I am red head when pulling back the covers the sheets had black hair, sand and what looked like rice in the bed. Since the front desk has no night service I have slept in the chair
no "room service for cleaning was done during my stay although I left a note to please change the bedding no refresh services available. I will not use this chain again
