TV would not work, went out to front desk twice, first time they changed remote batteries. Tv turned on would not change channels. Next time they gave another remote. Did not work. Gave up asking.
Microwave did not work either.
I don’t think staff member liked her job.

We didn’t stay. Reserved accessible rooms but none were available upon our arrival. Had to make other arrangements. Front desk person was somewhat emphatic and tried to resolve the situation but the “manager” didn’t seem to care and was unapologetic.

Poop on the handle of toilet. Hair in shower and it was dirty. Bed was comfortable. Carpet in room very dirty as well. Liked the unique shower layout.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. The problem was the bed, I usually can sleep on any and I’ve slept on a lot of beds but I had the worst back ache when I got up the next morning that it took almost 2 hours until I worked it out.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. Others came in to check in right behind me. We found a message with a number to call for assistance behind a candy bowl. Called it and a lady answered stating that she’d be there in a few minutes. Got to the room and it seemed clean however there was mold growing in the shower. The room was very warm on an 86° day. We turned on the ac immediately. It made horribly loud noises when turning on and off. It woke us every few minutes so we decided to leave it on a function where it ran continuously. Even with it running continuously the room was not cool. I was so relieved when morning came so we could get out of there. My husband went to breakfast and he said it was ok. My daughter and I opted out of the breakfast. Overall the stay was not a great experience. Will not stay at the Sleep Inn in Colby, KS again.
