酒店回复: We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your six-night stay at Comfort Inn Kokomo. We regret that our PTAC units did not meet your cooling expectations. Please note that these are not traditional air conditioners, but rather PTAC units designed to maintain a comfortable temperature. These units are engineered to cool guest rooms, but they are limited in how low they can go, typically not below 61°F.We would like to clarify that our staff made multiple inquiries about relocating you to a different room. Following your initial report to the front desk, an agent examined your room and, while finding it to be in working order, offered to move you. Both the General Manager and Assistant General Manager checked on your room the following day and again offered to relocate you, but you declined each time. On the third day, maintenance was dispatched to clean the PTAC unit and ensure its proper function.Regarding housekeeping, as a Choice Hotel, we provide full service every three days, unless a guest requests daily service. This policy is clearly communicated via signage at the front desk, in guest rooms, and during check-in. Your room received a full service cleaning on July 30th, which was your third day with us.We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
