The staff assigned a room for 2-80+ year old men with arthritis and walking difficulties down at the end of a long hallway on the the second floor when there was plenty of other rooms available within a lot closer walking distance. The ice machine was also 2 floors away--again a long walking distance.

This was a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and in good condition. There was a good variety at breakfast. No restaurants close to the hotel, but there are some a couple of miles away.

Gem in west plains
This is a good hotel. Beds are comfortable, nice size, breakfast was the best of any hotel ive been to in a long time. Lots of options.

All and all a very good value. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. The exercise room could use a little more equipment like a cable machine. Was very pleased with our stay.

West Plains MO a small town in the Ozark, for an older hotel it was in good shape, clean, did not smell, Air Conditioner worked well. Nice swimming pool.
Had an issue with toilet and staff took care of it immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical of Continental Breakfast.
Only complaint was that they do not have automatic doors which made it difficult to use luggage carts or for Handicapped Guests to enter/exit. I Would stay there again.

The tv remote didn't work properly and the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Everything else was good
