The room was not clean very dusty grime all over the walls tv mirrors even the toilet. The room had a horrible smell. The air conditioning unit was sooooo loud when the fan turned it kept me up half the night. As we walked out the door for dinner we seen two ants crawling up the door frame. The mattress was nice and the sheets were clean. The pictures posted online were so misleading. Will not recommend or stay at this location ever again. Will also contact Wyndham w my concerns

我房间外面有三四个人吵个不停,我给前台打电话,问能不能多住一天,因为我根本睡不着。他们告诉我只能给我换个房间。要知道,我带了很多衣服和行李,光是打包好送到楼上就得花35分钟。等我安顿好、 unpacked好,又要再打包一次。我觉得我的住宿体验根本没人在乎,前台给我的感觉就是“爱住不住”。我提出的要求在他们看来好像太过了。以后我大概不会再住这里了。
在 Trip.com 预订的房间,带朋友来庆祝生日。房间还行,没在这儿用餐。酒店外部环境可以再好好打扫一下了。
这个地方适合住一晚,或者出差的工人,因为这里住满了临时工和一些长期住在这里完成附近工作的客人。停车场里有几个小烤架正在使用,停车位上停着摩托车,方便周末出行。缺点是房间门下面有一道大缝,所以外面有人走过我都能听到。另外,房间淋浴头必须手持才能使用。还有一块牌子写着周六晚上和周一晚上不提供床单和毛巾服务。房间里有冰箱,附近有自助洗衣房和制冰机。
房间非常脏。床单上有污渍,浴缸看起来从来没清洁过,里面全是头发,地板黏糊糊的也很脏。客房服务人员需要重新培训。
最糟糕的酒店体验
