I didn't request a wheelchair accessible room, but I was put into a wheelchair accessible room, with no counter space, a shower with inadequate water pressure and water that wasn't even hot. It was like taking a lukewarm shower with no water pressure.
Honestly I would have switched rooms, but I figured it wasn't worth my time or effort as they would probably stick me into a room that has two queen beds.
Just not the best accommodations.

The garbage was overflowing outside my entire stay, the water for the shower Luke warm the driving point was the handyman hammering the door next door at 730am. The only positive was the bed was ver comfortable

Said my credit card was declined on electronic booking although it worked fine once I arrived. Said they almost canceled me which was the same thing that happened at a nearby hotel a year ago. Is there a glitch in the system?

The Staff at check-in was very nice and helpful. I had called earlier as I feared I was lost and he took the time to talk me thru it.

I booked an ADA room for my parents which one of them being wheelchair bound. It was supposed to be a king sized bed, it was a double ! The room was small, the bathroom had no handrails, there was a bathtub that they suggested putting a chair in, and the toilet didn’t work. After complaining to staff, they fixed the toilet and stated that they weren’t really ADA compliant. That was a very important factor in my room choice. I’ll never book there again

Thoughtful staff. Room large witth good set up for computet work. Brrakfast hours to suit (6 am to 9 am) almost any schedule

I was very disappointed to walk into my room and have the television playing very biased political commentary. I thought that was very inappropriate. The hotel uses the dish network and it would be better not to make an attempt to influence their guests. A neutral position is professional.

Your standard, good, clean, one-night drive through motel/hotel. Nothing wrong with it, just don’t expect a Waldorf.
房间有部份家私装修都有更新，浴缸就稍为旧一点，其他都好满意，因为价钱非常优惠包早餐，虽然早餐好少选择，但摆设非常整齐干净.
