Everything was great - booked a suite & did not like that you have to walk outside (in the cold & snow) to get to the pool and breakfast.

We really enjoyed jacuzzi in our room. Great pool and hot tub area. Quite outdated but it was clean and that’s what matters to me. Only complaint was the terrible breakfast.

The room was ok. It was decently clean but the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the hallways and entrance way smelled like cigarette smoke.

Really appreciated that we had accidentally booked a handicap room and the Inn called me to confirm. We did not need anything special and they kindly changed the booking. Very nice and easy check-in. I felt secure.

The room was clean and toiletries were provided. Staff was courteous and helpful. The pool and hot tub looked great but we didn't use them because we were in a suite which is in a separate building from the pool and it was cold outside.
