Facility seems okay but corridors very small and difficult to cart up luggage, air conditioning was poor and very humid.
Main entrance is small and uninviting.

Stayed here twice in the last two weeks. Both times had excellent service and the friendliest staff that go out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was wonderful from the time I walked through the front lobby doors. The front guest associate was bright and cheerful and wonderfully helpful! The room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain about there. Be aware, this hotel IS close to I-55, if you are noise sensitive, please travel with a sound machine. I sleep through hurricanes, so I had no issues.

So my complaint with our stay is based on the hot tub more than anything. We specifically stayed there due to it having one and the fact we were traveling a long distance on a motorcycle. The hot tub had hot water in it but you could not activated the jets. It wasn't very clean, nor was the pool.

The check in girl was so outgoing and bubbly. Great first impression . The food staff and bartender were wonderful. You could tell they loved there job and people they served. Great experience!!!

Friendly staff, willing to work and help however they can. Clean, well maintained bldg and room.
