The incorrect dates were booked..we needed Wed Nov 26 with checkout Friday Nov 28. The dates in their computer were Nov 19-21, we presumed to be clerical error. We received no email on reminder of reservations therefore 2 nights were paid for which were unused, thus we ended up having to pay twice. I would like someone to contact me to arrange refund for the nights we were charged but did not stay.

Room was good. Comfy bed. The toilet tissue was ridiculous. So thin it broke into tiny pieces when trying to use it. Hotel was very clean & great staff!
Only dislike-the pool & hot tub were only open till 8 each night. After a long day exploring, we wanted to relax in either, but couldn’t because “it was for the privacy of those staying in the interior. An old facility that is rather dirty. The bed in our room was a thin mattress on a set of metal springs and was quite uncomfortable. I would not stay at this place again.

This hotel has a very 70s vibe but
Rooms have been upgraded. It’s super clean with a nice indoor atrium/pool area. There are interior and exterior rooms. The extra $15 for an interior is worth the proximity to the pool.

I’m not sure where to begin. The room was dirty. You couldn’t walk on the carpet. It was stained that bad. The sheets had all kinds of stains on them. The parking lot had used condoms. Everything was pretty much disgusting. Several people left because the elevators were broke, but the only thing is that poor woman trying to run the desk and knowing how bad the property is, I wouldn’t come to this hotel matter fact I think it needs to be shut down and redid it has potential The coffee bar was nonexistent. I think there was coffee at some point, but there was nothing else to go with it. This is overall one of the worst days and I hope to get my money back.

Right off I-20, clean quiet.
I love staying here, we have on several occasions. Indoor pool, awesome hot tub.
Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

This is MOTEL all the way!! The breakfast was very cheap and even the waffles tasted terrible. Do not come here. The pool only has limited hours and lighting so it was impossible to see how clean it was and we didn’t get to use it as they close it early (8pm)
