The doors are facing the hallway, not open to the street. This is what I like for a Motel. Reasonable distance to Evanston at a good price.

For having a rating of 8.7 I was very disappointed, beds were not that comfortable, no small refrigerator to keep meds or drinks cold. No breakfast of any kind. I did find some coffee one day. As you can see by the picture the front looks great place to stay. But that flower plots area falling apart and it looks run down. I am sorry I could continue but I am stopping

It was comfortable for a one night stay my husband and I needed a place to stay because we've been living on the streets for a while and finally started a job it was nice to live in a room for the night it was a good night's sleep

I have stayed there for over 10 years every time I'm in the Chicago area and they never disappoint. Great staff, clean, and has been remodeled.
