We stayed two nights. The staff were friendly but the room was overdue for maintenance and upgrades. Some of the lights did not work. The toilet door would not shut properly and there was dirt/dust on the top ledge of the shower walls. There was also heavy dust on other surfaces. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet in the dressing/bathroom sink area. The smell of pot smoke was very strong the 2nd night, possibly coming from outside or the next room.

We expected breakfast offered, not even coffee was available in lobby. Carpet was so dirty I had to wash my feet before bed. coffee pot ([poor condition)in room wasn't close enough to plug.

I felt like this place wasn’t in the safest of neighborhoods, but nobody bothered us. And aside from the room just not being great for the price we paid, we all slept decently. The walls in the room were filthy by the bathroom/ vanity area. The carpet felt wet and dirty, I tried to keep my shoes on as much as possible. We didn’t check out the pool, it was late when we got there. The Waffle House next door was pleasant, I’d recommend that. Overall, if there is nothing else available, this hotel will do.

It suited our needs. We were just there for one night. Definitely a no frills hotel but good for one night.
