This was a very nice hotel that looked like it had recently been remodeled. The room was large and spotless. The bed was comfortable and we were very satisfied with our stay

We got the king size bed with a sofa bed. Planned on using the pull out sofa bed but when I pulled it out it had no sheets on the mattress and looked like mold and/or dirt was all over the mattress. The king size bed was fine and clean. The shower looked half way cleaned and TV remote battery was going dead; when I tried to call the front desk using the hotel phone it would not go through so I had to go there for pillows and blankets. The staff was friendly and great, but the overall quality of the stay was not in great and won’t be staying again.

The greatest check in person I have ever met is Robin. She went above and beyond to help me. She is a hard worker and a credit to the Quality organization.

Cheap but low quality
Staff members were friendly but not well supported. Example: staff were apologetic to guests at breakfast because offerings already very limited and they were out of bowls, milk. Staff searched for other items through cabinets. Property needed a lot of maintenance. Had been painted recently but just painted over a lot of damage. Our room smelled like feet and cigarettes.

我对这边的路不熟，所以找酒店的街道有点困难，这是我唯一觉得不满意的地方——就是找酒店的路。
一切都很好，直到我丈夫在浴室滑倒，因为马桶底部漏水了。
