My room was damp and musty smelling, the shower curtain had mold and mildew, and the towels were thin and/or stained. I also have had an itchy rash, from what I believe are bug bites, on my arm ever since I stayed.

Cleaner than I expected. Microwave didn’t work, no cream or sugar for coffee in the room or breakfast area. Smoke alarm kept going off even though I don’t smoke, I was actually in the shower. Can steam make a smoke alarm go off? Idk. Staff was incredibly rude. Absolutely blows my mind when people disrespect their customers at their job. That’s not how we do things here.

Think about staying somewhere else
Check in was bad and the stay never improved. The clerk barely spoke to me at check in and then had to change my room when the key card wouldn’t work and the smoke alarm was chirping. The new room was missing light bulbs, had damage to the walls and toilet, had mold in the shower, and had water with a yellow-green tint. The breakfast almost non-existent. There was a waffle maker with no batter available, a broken juice machine, one bagel, a loaf of bread, some packaged mini-muffins, mismatched cereal in a dispenser, one flavor choice of light yogurt cups, and a few other random items. The night clerk came out of his room as I walked to the breakfast area, and then slipped back out of sight as I looked at the lack of available food. No one was available at checkout.

The bed was dirty I asked for clean sheets never got them. The walls were dirty the ceiling was dirty housekeeping never came and cleaned or took up my trash or changed my sheets.

Check in to room , had to go back to front desk to get vacuum, room carpet filthy, trash all behind desk, night stand couldn’t believe it!No room service, no clean towels, mold in bathroom all up on the ceiling all they care about is the pet fee lol just collecting money with no customer service.Wouldn’t recommend I won’t be back

The family and staff were incredibly friendly. Bedding, needed thrown away and replaced, the pillows were small and square and never had pillows like them in a hotel. Definitely felt like we over paid.
