Our intention was never to ask you or your cousin to leave, but we did ask that your cousin refrain from lying down on the public space couches, as this is typically reserved for guests who are actively using the area. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were bright, fresh, clean andcomfortable. The breakfast area was attractive and provided a decent breakfast.

心烦意乱
客房服务人员未经允许就闯入我的房间。门上还挂着我的“请勿打扰”牌。他们因为我带了CBD和黑啤而把我赶了出去。房间里从来没有吸过任何东西。但因为他们明明看到了，所以我被赶出了房间。
前台糟透了。
酒店还行，前台却糟透了。我表弟因为身份证和我的不一样（虽然姓氏一样），没让我办理入住，后来我接到前台女士的电话，说付费客人不允许使用休息区，她让我叫他离开。他当时正在等他哥哥洗澡，然后下楼和他一起吃饭。再说一次，付费客人使用公共空间，不大声喧哗，不走动，只是坐着。我直接问她他有没有打扰到别人，她说没有，还磕磕巴巴地说了一些话，比如规定说不能在楼下待太久。以后不会再住这里了。
我们的住宿体验糟透了，我们不得不自己清理浴缸里的头发……卫生纸卷都从墙上掉了出来。他们没有冰块，退房时，他们还试图扣留我们100美元的押金，因为我们洗了澡，毛巾很脏。不推荐。
千万别住这里！！！
房子正在施工，但网站上没有写明。什么都没用，早餐也很糟糕。考虑到我们付的钱，我们期待的太多了。我们非常失望。
