糟糕的住宿体验
这次入住体验很糟糕……电梯坏了,我们不得不搬着行李爬三层楼梯。我们那层楼的制冰机也坏了。

酒店回复: Thank you so mcuh for your valuable feedback , we apologize for concern you shared about your stay , However let us remind you very politely , each and every guest check inn we verbally told elevator has some major maintanance and it goona take 2 to 3 days to fic , we even gave you option to cancel without penlty , we also posted apology every corner of hotel , we hope you undertstand emergency and co-operate with us , with that said again apologize for inconvenience and we welcome you bcak for future stay ,
前台的印度人粗鲁又讨厌。问她问题的时候,她竟然对我们颐指气使。问她为什么卡里扣了100美元,她就勃然大怒。她对待我们就像是来破坏酒店的。我们只是出差,都75岁了,不应该被这样对待。
非常棒的住宿!周围干净安静,而且离我们需要的一切都很近。工作人员非常热情周到,入住手续办理得非常快捷。房间非常干净舒适,配备了我们入住酒店所需的所有便利设施。就连电视都有很棒的频道!酒店还提供无咖啡因的饮品供我选择,早餐也很棒。一定会再次入住!
唯一担心
一切都很棒,如果有必要的话可能会再来。我们去北边医院做了手术。窗户上有个看起来像是子弹或石头留下的洞,有点让人不安。估计玻璃需要更换。
我的住宿体验很好,位置也不错。停车位非常紧张。我预订了一间带小休息区的特大床套房。房间不错,装修也不错,但如果电视能旋转就更好了,这样当我坐在小休息区时就能看电视了。
我很喜欢酒店的布局,步行方便,楼梯像房子一样在内部,通向大堂。早餐区非常干净便捷,设施齐全。对于晚睡早起的旅客来说,这绝对是救星。
床单有异味。淋浴间没有肥皂。办理入住时,女孩说的话听不懂。客房清洁费100美元,而且没有任何乱七八糟的地方
住得很棒。我觉得100美元的杂费押金有点贵。我住的大多数地方都不超过35美元,而且我旅行过很多地方。谢谢 :-)

我不喜欢那里。入口有异味,浴室地板很脏。一条毛巾掉在地上,脏得要命。卫生间台面上的纸巾架拧得不太紧。电梯坏了。
