As always this was a really good hotel stay. Wingate is a preferred location due to it being clean, safe and perfectly located.

Room size and layout was great. Service was great.
I kept finding really long hair throughout the furniture. The bedspread had gross stains on it. The refrigerator would not shut all the way I had to prop something in front of it. the heater in the room did not have a very good seal from the outside and was letting in a lot of cold air and it also clicked constantly while running. Coffee was good.

Location was perfect walking distance to a concert we were attending. Rooms are clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Undergoing some remodeling, so not as clean and convenient as other times I’ve stayed there.

The stay was wonderful. My room was very nice and the staff was very nice. There was construction going on in the lobby but I still enjoyed my stay!! 10/10!

Got woken up before check out wasn’t happy before that just to be asked what time we would like to check out . I am a club member never has that happen . Wasnt happy and vet glad tho I didn’t have my kids with me this time
