The night staff was great. The morning Staff didn't make sure there was coffee or milk for the breakfast through out the Breakfast time that it was afford. There was cereal but no milk for the cereal. She was downstairs and not really watching the breakfast area. I don't recommend this hotel if you are handicapped either because they offer the free breakfast but it is upstairs and there is no elevator to help the handicap to get to it

The place is outdated shabby room furnishings mold in the shower dirt in the shower duct tape things a very deserted place. There were five cars when I checked in at 4:00 5:00. It was not a safe place for me to stay by myself and I won't be back.

This place is definitely run down and needs some serious TLC. The first room we were given I refused to stay in, as there was a strong sent of urine. The second room didn’t have a smell but the room is so rundown it was hard to tell if it was dirty or just seriously run down.

Wifi did not reach our room, breakfast was to be from 1 dirty do it yourself waffle maker, or cereal that looked like it was form last year, and a total of 2 paper plates available, no maid service unless a 3 day stay, refrigerator, blow dryer neither worked, was told the next day by locals that it is the popular place for a lot of illegal activity. If I could give less than 1 star I would!

I asked the guy who checked me in to submit my stay to Windham. He said that he wouldn't. I fount that odd since on a earlier stay the lady did that with no problem and that was a Quality inn also.
I also got my room key in a used jacket. I was absolutely blown away by that that one. It made me really wonder waht else what being cheapened out on.

I stayed overnight and I would say my visit was ok. Room was mostly clean but outdated decor made the room seem dark and dreary. Carpets are kind of nasty. Bathroom could use some good scrubbing. Staff were very nice.
