Room was clean and quiet. Decor was beautiful. Good breakfast to start us out on our visit to Lassen Volcanic NP.

We had an extra large room in a one story building that made it easy to move our belongings from the car into the room. There was a lot of space and we appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. They were short staffed but all of the staff that were there worked very hard to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast had a lot of options and was restocked as needed. The only recommendation I would make is to have more lighting in the room - it seemed kind of dark. It would also be nice to have a dresser or a table to set our things on in the room with the beds. The hot tub outside was nice to unwind after sightseeing.

Pretty nice hotel near Lassen NP. Clean and provided a solid breakfast. Only one improvement to recommend, lighting in the guest room could be improved.

Room was not properly equipped.There were no shower curtain and no soap available. Definitely not worth $300 a night.

The breakfast by 8:25 was out of food, forks,spoons, coffee cups, coffee and no one seamed to care. Our bathroom had no shower curtain. The were smears in areas of I don’t know what. No soap. People smoking all over by the doors

Ants are everywhere, sink, bed, table, couch and even my luggage. Sink faucet is out of order and very hard to adjust hot and cold water. Body wash and hand wash bottles were empty so I had to call for the refill. WiFi is terrible- out of service most of the time. Air condition could not stop running even it already reached the temperature I set. It is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed.
