Room was fine and beds were fine. Hotel is older but things seemed clean. Noisy hallway during the night.

The hotel could really use some updates like new carpet, bedding and a complete demo/re-do in the bathroom. It's just very old. But, it was fine for what we needed that night.

Hot tub was closed. Room smelled and had windows open with no screens. This made for a bug filled room. Bathroom was dirty. Won't stay here again.

The bedding and the beds were clean and comfortable.
The floors and carpet were dirty. There was black mold? In the tub. Not enough towels in the bathroom. The fitness room was all in disrepair. There was a cockroach and large spider in the breakfast room.

Very old, dated hotel in desperate need of TLC
This hotel should have been renovated 20 years ago. There are only two to chose from in Chelsea. The other one had reviews that suggested bed bugs. That said, we selected this hotel. We didn't see any bugs in the room, but the whole place is incredibly ragged and run down. Wallpaper peeling from the bathroom wall, strong mildew smell, patched up holes in the hallways. It's rough.
That said, the hotel desk employee did tell us that in the next year, it's going to be renovated and will become a Hilton. So, there is that silver lining.

Needs updates! Toilets are stained, walls are dirty, wall paper peeling, hot tub is closed down, pool walls are in very poor shape.

Breakfast yes, hot tub no
The hot tub was not only closed, but boarded over, so don’t expect it to be reopened anytime soon. We book based on hot tubs for soaking after driving all day, so their pictures and ads are a lie and we were greatly disappointed. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices, another thing that’s important to us.
