Our room was on the side of the interstate and the noise could be heard in the room.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The area was clean but there was one waffle maker for 30-40 people. There was eggs and ham and not rapidly refilled. Very sparse choices.

Great hotel. Nice staff. I accidentally left my suitcase in the breakfast room, and they ran after me and stopped me and brought me my suitcase. I was quite grateful.

This hotel is so clean, I didn’t want to leave. The staff is so lovely. Even the food was good. Oh … and the bed is comfortable, the pillows were like made for me. The towels smell just clean, not like bleach. I was more comfortable than at home. I would have stayed forever but unfortunately I am only half way to my destination.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, but we were still able to go ahead and check in. The room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were great. Highly recommend.

Fresh breakfast. My husband really loved the eggs! All staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice size fridge. Air and heat worked great. Perfect size tv for the space.

I was checked in promptly when I arrived. I was given all of the details. WiFi password, breakfast time, and check out time. The doors around the building are only accessible with your key card, so we used one of them. The room was clean, smelled nice, and the beds were comfy! There were also plenty of hot and cold options for my family at breakfast the next morning, and it was surprisingly good.
Our only issue was the noise because of our room location. We were in room 210 right next to the elevator which between the elevator noise, the people getting off and on, and the air conditioner we did have some loud moments, but it didn’t wake my kids up, and I bring earplugs every hotel I stay in so I’m not knocking any stars for that; however if that might be an issue for you, definitely request to not be near the elevator.

Clean room with friendly staff at check in and departure! Shairmaine front desk and maintenance man with the hat were extremely welcoming. Both processes were quick and easy.
