The hotel was rated 8.2 , it was overrated by a lot we had upgraded to a king size bed,, we were on the ground floor,, the door to enter the room did not look safe we could hear people talking(they were not Load), the sheets on the bed were clean but very wrinkled…… to summarize overpriced

Don’t even bother

Roaches on the first night, ignored that. Dogs barking on the first and second night, ignored that. Second night one of the other patrons was smoking so much it woke we up in the middle of the night through my CPAP machine. I left after that.

The chairs in the lobby were deeply soiled as well as the sofa in our room. The torn curtains, old marked up walls,chewed up woodwork, broken tv and musty smell was a turn off. This place is run down and the only positive is the sheets were clean. DONT STAY!

Room was clean, if a little worn out around the edges. Shower made some exciting sounds, but had good pressure and was hot. Numerous fixtures and trim pieces were repaired using drywall screws randomly applied. Effective, but not aesthetically pleasing. It was quiet, the bed was comfy, and we just needed a room for the night while traveling - on that criteria, it gets 5 stars.

the gym was not functioning. nothing worked. The desk clerk knew this and acted like everything was fine. The room was not tidy. bathroom was not cleaned. I saw hair on the bathtub. The waffles were excellent. There were trash cans catching rainwater. ******* did not refund my money for an error in booking, which was supposed to happen in June. I tried to talk about it to the clerk about it and she would not listen. This is not the night I stayed. I was there on the 26th to 27th. This was supposed to be the date refunded. contact me to make this right!!!

We have been staying at this hotel every year for about 14 years as we travel to our vacation. This year in particular, it seemed to be somewhat rundown. We waited at a three because it was just mediocre.
