I have reviewed the reservations and see that only one room was checked into, however the second room was held for you, and a room shows as it was available until it went into a "no show" status. I am investigating this further to see if any other information can be provided to help clarify or avoid any situation in the future such as the one you experienced. We set very high standards and are disappointed to hear that yours was not met. We strive to provide the best experience possible for our guests and although the cars in the parking lot may not have appeared busy, this does not in any way reflect the level of occupied rooms on any given day. We always look for any guest's preferences and try to accommodate those if possible.
