The sheets and bathroom were clean. But the room smelled like cigarette smoke and was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The comforter on the bed was questionable. It had numerous stains on it so it was hard to tell if it was actually clean. The furniture was badly worn. Overall, it wasn’t a relaxing experience but it was a place to sleep.

We all slept really well. The mattresses were so comfortable.

First room wasn’t clean. The gentlemen working the front desk quickly got us a new room. And upgraded us as well. Breakfast was ok they was out of sugar up at the coffee station. And i was disappointed the juice machine wasn’t working. But it was a decent continental breakfast.

The definitely felt neglected. Carpet torn by bathroom door, shower faucet extremely filthy, bathroom door knob not attached, the heater vent cover filthy. Not ideal.

The room had a mildew smell in it but that we survived. Went to breakfast and not a good experience. NO juice, coffee ran out, food was not cooked properly (biscuits were NOT cooked through), eggs were cold, yogurt was warm. I felt sorry for the front staff as they had to tell customers it was "supply issues" for the lack of food. The cook came out a couple times and was on his phone the whole time. I looked back in the kitchen, looking for someone, and it was horrible!!! FILTHY. Boxes thrown all over the floor, microwave was upside down on the floor, just total disarray.... I would not recommend until it is fixed up and staff can handle guests...

I was double charged because of a system glitch. Was told they couldn't refund it and that I would have to dispute it with my bank "if " it went through (it did). We paid for the room with a hot tub and the hot tub was so damaged, we could not use it. The room smelled and was dirty. Stains on the blanket, pillows smelled like sweat. We felt gross staying there and never got comfortable. They did give me a partial refund on the stay but yet I still have the second double charge still. Did I mention this was our wedding anniversary as well. Thanks for ruining our night and first stay in Hannibal! Can I please get my refund now?

Room was ok. Dated with peeling wall paper and in need of a deep clean. Dead bugs in the windows. Breakfast was lacking, gravy was Luke warm, eggs were cold, waffle batter empty and juice machine was broken.

最糟糕的是房间里的噪音,从凌晨1点左右开始持续了两个多小时。前一个半小时,我们房间里基本上经历了音爆。整个房间都在震动,尤其是天花板,根本无法入睡,实际上是把我们吵醒了。这种噪音每隔15到60秒就重复一次,持续了一个半小时。震耳欲聋的“轰”声。我们住在顶楼,所以不可能是有人在我们楼上跳。也许噪音是来自隔壁房间,有人在猛烈撞击。最后45分钟,我们一直听到隔壁房间的孩子哭泣,大概从凌晨2:45到3:30。
