Very friendly and welcoming staff, had a pleasure in speaking with Sydney (supervisor) who has helped tremendously in checking in first time. Would definitely recommend this place to friends if needed.

Whenever sleep there me and my family have to leave because it was so nasty so I will be ne my refund I cancel everything once we leave from the hotel the desk guy said he send the refund to the app

Solid location near O'Hare and the convention center. I thought it was a solid hotel for the price. Some neighbors in the hotel had complaints about the smell; I can't smell very well so I'll take their word for it. Bed was comfortable.

I booked for 3 days, only stayed for 2. Couldn't wait to leave. Trailer-trash tennants yelling at each other,, dogs barking in the hotel,,, The WORST Mattress I have ever slept on,, Anywhere,,, and the saddest looking "breakfast" of anywhere I have ever stayed (coffee & sad little muffins). The front door didn't work properly,, had to wait for someone on the inside to activate it,,, and then had to wait 15+ minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. The one thing I did like,, I appreciated them actually letting me check in a bit early,,, but it was ALL Downhill after that.
