The price was very high because there was an event in town, but that seemed to be fairly consistent with other properties. The manager was very good and our room was nice.

When we walked into the hotel our eyes immediately started burning and we couldn't breathe. They had been mopping the whole place, even the rooms, with undiluted fabuloso. We tried to stay in the room but the air quality was so bad that we had to leave. The good news is that we got a full refund before booking at another property. Don't stay here if you are allergic to fragrances.

It was cheap, so that was good. Very limited breakfast. The hallway smells like pickles. There were only 5 cars in the parking lot on a Friday night, so it was quiet.

Double charged me and still fighting to get a return, construction in the waiting room, bathroom tub filthy.

It takes five to seven business days for the pre-authorization to drop off, and to see funds back in a guest's account depending on the guest's bank. Our upgrading is almost complete. We hope you will give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations.

I checked in with a large suitcase and a few other bags. I was on the second floor, and they do not have an elevator, so I had to lug my huge suitcase and other bags up the stairs by myself. No one offered to help me. The pool area was kind of gross. Full of water scale and rotting baseboards. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very very small. There were no dressers in the room, but for me that didn't really matter. Breakfast was mediocre at best. They had a make your own waffle, hard boiled eggs and some muffin type stuff. That was it. It was a nice stay, but it seems like it needs some updates for sure.

The only complaint I have is that the beds were not very comfortable. They were a little too hard to my liking. The bedding was clean and nice. The pillows were great. Our service was amazing! The pool annd hot tub anrea were not annd very clean. Over all I would rate 4 stars. And the only reason I’m not choosing 5 is because the bed to me is a huge thing.
