I started on the third floor and went to take a shower, there was zero hot water. I ended up having to change rooms where the hot water was basically enough to get by. Neither room was clean, it looked like the floors had not been vacuumed the next day when I woke up in my new room on the first floor with the already not so great hot water. There were dead cockroaches. The finality is when we left, my son accidentally left his AirPod in the room. We called the hotel and spoke with them; they let us know that they found it and would work with us to get it shipped back to us. We offered to pay for their time and we were going to cover the shipping, we have, as of today not yet received the AirPod.

Staff was friendly and the environment was peaceful. For the first time I actually felt safe in Columbus.

Nasty Roaches Vomit
Really nasty. Roaches, vomit, dust, dirt. We were so exhausted, we just went to sleep and left super early.

The staff and the manager were amazing and friendly. I was happy alot of things to eat around for my soldier to indulge. Price was good.
我们房间和浴室的地板显然没有用吸尘器打扫过。两张床的上层被子都没有打扫干净。卧室的后墙上满是灰尘。考虑到我的入住性质和行程安排，我没有时间提出这些问题。
每晚我们的房间外面都会断断续续地传来一些声音，持续一整晚。听起来像金属的声音，但不知道是什么。这对睡眠一点帮助都没有。
床很舒服，但请自带枕头，否则你会后悔的。
大堂里一直有香烟味，这不是一个好的接待方式。
早餐不好吃。咖啡真的很难喝。我是说真的很难喝。
不过，前台工作人员很好，我对他们没有意见。
总的来说，如果可以选择的话，我不会再来。
暴雨噩梦
这是我第二次入住这家酒店，但再也不会入住了
第一次入住时，晚上停水，直到第二天早上才能洗澡或上厕所
第二次入住时，房间因暴雨被淹，我换到了另一间被淹的房间，直到我被要求退还押金并在暴雨过后于凌晨 4/5 点离开酒店后，才换到一间干燥的房间
然后在办理入住手续时预付了费用，在夜间审计员检查房间被淹后，竟然厚颜**地向我收取了剩余费用
再也不会入住了
总体来说，非常吵闹和忙碌。工作人员似乎不太积极。
