Worst hotel ever, AC isn't working properly and room smells bad. Nobody at the front desk for 15mins.

My room is very close to an outside door that slams shut every time anyone enters or leaves. The noise rattles the door to my room. My air conditioner works great. The room is very comfortable.

The stay was good until check out. I asked for a receipt for the 25 refundable deposit that i had to give incase i smoked and the guy tried to tell me i didnt pay it and i told him i had the receipt to say i did and that it was in my account. When i pulled up my banking he got all rude told me to calm down. I said im calm i just want a receipt that youre refunding me. He throw a piece of paper at me and told me to leave and not come back for askimg for prove they were going to give me my money back. Thats horrible customers service ive always given customers receipts when refunding them.

这是我住过的最差的地方。我一走进去,天花板上就掉下来一只蟑螂。咖啡壶里有蟑螂*。当我告诉店员时,他非常无礼且咄咄逼人!
无论如何都不要来!员工很友好,但老板很无礼,没有任何待客技巧和礼貌。
