Asked for Early Check in. They told me no problem. Showed up and had to wait 2 hours for the room because they “didn’t have towels”. Ok. Got in the room, couldn’t work the blinds, just figured it was my fault. Turns out they were remote and broken so the room was always dark. Went to bed and thought it was wierd there were three sheets an no comforter. Froze my ass of the first night but my kid in the next bed said he was fine. Turns out they only gave me the comforter cover not the actual comforter that goes in it. I called the desk to ask if they could send up on and they told me I would have to change rooms if I wanted one??? Crazy is an understatement at this point. The shower. Went from Luke warm to cool, never actually hot. The ice machine on my floor was broken. It’s not like any one thing was terrible, but when you add them up it like who is the adult in charge of this place:

The rooms were okay. The morning staff were very nice and friendly. However the evening desk clerk needs an attitude adjustment. I showed up with my reservation for one room with a king and one room with two queens. He told me the reservation he received was for two rooms with a king. I showed him my reservation that specifically showed one room with two queens. He didn’t care and told me I would have to call *******. I could cancel if I didn’t want the room. Lucky for me the person behind me cancelled a room, which was a room with two queens. So instead of swapping the rooms, he charged me a $15 as an upgrade. I would have walked but it was 9pm and I had just driven 15hrs

The bed wasnt bad but the pool was disgusting there was mold on the floor, they ran out of coffee, breakfast was a joke.

When we arrived, the 2 rooms we had been assigned had been used and dirty, then we went to another set of 2 rooms, and the same situation occurred only this time, the air conditioner had been broken down and the bathroom had been used and the one bed closer to the bathroom had been slept in already. There were beds unmade in 2 rooms out of the 4, bars of soap open and in the tubs, shower curtains filthy and old, towels on the bathroom floors used, bed sheets have bad stains, the bed skirts and box springs badly stained, the room floors were dirty, looked like they were not swept or mopped, extremely dirty carpets in the hallways, beer caps and dental floss sticks and all kinds of garbage everywhere, the elevators are filthy inside, looks like they haven't been cleaned in months or years, the buttons on the elevator are filthy, and the entry to the rooms, I had to start the cleaning there because it was so dirty. I tried to contact management and noone responded still until today. I WANT A REFUND, I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL, I didn't even go in the pool or exercise room for the fact that I was afraid I would catch something. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The hotel had a musty smell. We got inside the elevator, and the smell was worse. We got up to the 2nd floor, and the smell did not get any better. When we got to our room, as soon as we opened the door, it had a very strong odor, like musty but also like cigarette smoke. So, regardless of the no-smoking sign, the room smelled like smoke. The smell was overbearing. We went downstairs to request another room, and the attendant was very nice about it and thought the smell was like the "perfume" they use, but I told him it was not perfume. We got another room on a different floor, and the room was a lot better.

When we checked in and given 1 key card for 2 ppl to share, the first room was not cleaned at all. The second room had long fake hair on the bathroom walls. The third room was cleaned but not to my liking.
I made the reservation for this hotel bc the pictures of the hotel showed a deep tub. We asked about a room with a deep tub the staff member blamed ******* for false advertisement. It was the hotels we site that I seen the picture.
The Continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. The coffee and hot water machine did not work. I went for orange juice. The one was clear ish and cloudy. The second one was soured. We had to eat somewhere else and spend money we didn't budget for.

Roach hotel
Absolutely filthy- toilet was clogged and it took a while to get anyone to come with plunger. Pool was dirty. Elevators sounded like they will break down at any time. Breakfast was horrible. I do not recommend this place! Roaches were seen.

Bed bugs! Bed bugs everywhere and they didn’t want to change our room. Drape Checked out of there.
