The room had a cold bottle of beer in the fridge and a cheeseburger wrapper in the trash. The facility was not secure, anyone could come in. I understand the place was renovating many rooms, but it was dirty. The pictures posted online must of been from a better time. The fountain was not functioning. It was over priced. I had booked two nights and would have checked out after the first, but circumstances had me spending little time there anyway.

They was doing construction on The floor I was on . The had 10 Mexican people in the hallway drinking and partying. They refuse to give me my money back.

When we stayed here it was still a LaQuinta. It had long-term residents there. The hallways were dirty. Kids ran up and down the hallways screaming after 10 pm. One of the little girls lived there. If we had to stay more than one night we would have changed hotels. As we checked out, we specifically asked if they had charged us with any incidentals. They said no, but there was a $25 charge on my credit card. I can’t seem to get that money back. The hotel didn’t match any of the pictures on your website. I am so disappointed in the entire experience.

It was previously a Quality Inn, and we are currently operating as Festus Inn while undergoing full renovations to upgrade the property.Regarding the concerns you mentioned:We do not have long-term residents staying in our guest rooms.We take noise complaints very seriously, especially late at night.Hallway cleanliness and guest conduct are monitored daily, and any issues reported to the front desk are addressed immediately.About the $25 charge, that is an industry-standard temporary authorization hold for incidentals. It is not a charge and is automatically released by your bank within a few days, depending on your card provider’s processing time. If it has not fallen off, I will be happy to look into it personally and provide documentation.We are actively renovating and improving many areas of the hotel, and guest comfort remains a top priority during this transition. The property itself was horrible from the lobby to the room. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and the mold smell was terrible. I requested another room which was some what better but the smell is terrible. The pool was not clean. The experience here is one that I would never try again. The pictures on line does not look anything like it in person. The Code Inforcement needs to be called because this hotel needs an overhaul.

Room dirty, mirror cracked all the way down, shelf for towels hanging by one arm so no place for towels, stinky, pool to cold to get in and dirty.

When you drive around the building it looks like a homeless camp. Trash and garbage on the side walks like chicken bones. Every time we flushed the toilet in our room we had to use the plunger to just get water to go down. No sugars, stirrers, etc. For the coffee. Im sure we will not make that mistake again.

I really don't want to give them a lousy review because they are trying to do repairs on the building. Beds were comfy, breakfast was good, tv works, and a nice shower!

免费早餐坦白说简直是侮辱。食物选择很少,而且食欲不振——特别是英式松饼,硬得可以当冰球用。而且,闷热的环境使得在用餐区就座进食几乎不可能。
我的房间虽然干净,但远谈不上舒适。床垫非常硬——堪比睡在光秃秃的水泥地上——狭窄的马桶和淋浴区根本没有活动空间。我在房间和公共区域都看到了好几只蟑螂,这严重引发了我对清洁和维护的担忧。
虽然我理解酒店目前正在施工,而且我接触到的工作人员也很有礼貌,但这并不能成为整体体验不佳的借口。目前的条件对于付费客人来说根本无法接受。
我对这个地方寄予厚望,但最终却深感失望。除非你在预算范围内别无选择,或者等到翻修工程完全竣工(远远超出2025年),我强烈建议不要住在这里。我不会再来了。
