Moved rooms twice for no heat. Heating unit removed in first room entirely. Exposed wiring. Bathtubs not clean. Threatening appearing people loitering around outer door and smoking. Workman tried to enter room with key while I was in the room. Security latch barely held - allowed large opening anyone could reach through. Did not feel safe there. Noisy. Construction/repairs ongoing into the night. Defective smoke detector beeping constantly.

The check-in lady and check-out man were great. Beyond that the hotel is a no! Everything was dirty. The breakfast was basically nothing. I came in 30 minutes after breakfast started and most things were gone if they were ever put out in the first place. Had to go to front desk and ask for syrup for waffles. No milk for cereal or coffee. The curtains in our room were torn and broken. Mold everywhere. The bedding was gross. The bottom of the pool was dirty. I highly recommend you find somewhere else!

免费早餐坦白说简直是侮辱。食物选择很少，而且食欲不振——特别是英式松饼，硬得可以当冰球用。而且，闷热的环境使得在用餐区就座进食几乎不可能。
我的房间虽然干净，但远谈不上舒适。床垫非常硬——堪比睡在光秃秃的水泥地上——狭窄的马桶和淋浴区根本没有活动空间。我在房间和公共区域都看到了好几只蟑螂，这严重引发了我对清洁和维护的担忧。
虽然我理解酒店目前正在施工，而且我接触到的工作人员也很有礼貌，但这并不能成为整体体验不佳的借口。目前的条件对于付费客人来说根本无法接受。
我对这个地方寄予厚望，但最终却深感失望。除非你在预算范围内别无选择，或者等到翻修工程完全竣工（远远超出2025年），我强烈建议不要住在这里。我不会再来了。
