staff was sweet, room was dirty, door didnt close all the way so you could see inside the room. overall not great. toilet was stained everywhere

Water was turned off in the building for 2 hours. Housekeeping didn’t want to bring clean towels and said they don’t have any clean. Had to keep taking cards back to front desk to activate. Front desk older lady was rude and unhelpful

The very first room 136 bathroom was flooded with water. The room I was put smelled of a mildew smell. There was a dead roach lying in the door entrance of the room. The bed appears to have been slept in because the sheets were wrinkled and the pillow appeared to have been slept on. Also, the toilet had a bowel on the lid. Upon talking to the manager Jozzete at checkout she was very apologetic and professional. She offered me a free night stay but I assured her that I’d never stay at that motel again! She told me would talk with the general manager about a complete refund. Also, I booked through ******* and it says it’s an Extended Stay America and that there’s complimentary breakfast in which we’re all false. Didn’t learn that it was Motel 6 until after I had paid my money and received the confirmation email.

I checked out then got a charge of 25 dollars because the house keepers said the towels were damaged it was my blue Irish spring body wash to lazy to wash the towels so gave them to the manager and said they were damaged

Room was clean and despite being near a busy road it was fairly quiet.
酒店太恶心了,房间里堆满了袋子,堆满了巨大的垃圾桶,地板上到处都是尿渍,家具磨损严重,损坏严重,墙底部的装饰脱落了,冰箱不制冷,空调虽然制冷,但是吹出冷风的风扇却不工作
客房清洁人员不得不给我们换了三次房间,因为前两个房间非常脏,切除室的那个人羞愧地告诉我,好吧,让我们处理我们剩下的最后一个房间,有两张床,而且我们的房间也很脏。必须自己打扫,因为已经快晚上11点了
