The bathroom was dirty, also there was somebody else’s shirt and pants in the bathroom. There was no iron in the room, also I had to always ask for extra towels and toilet paper. I would not return to that place because the conditions of the bed were also dirty. There was also a lamp and alarm with phone on a nightstand, but nothing was plugged in. The plug was about 5 feet away from the reach to plug-in.

Very bad very dissatisfied there were cockroaches and I asked them for a refund because it is something disgusting and they did not want to do it they said that I was going to send me the refund when I only used the ******* service but I did not pay here but personally at the hotel!! Fraudulent they say no pets and if they accept them! They say pool and the pool was empty!!

The room was not clean. Sparse on towels. No closet. No hair dryer. Pictures made the hotel look much nicer than it was. Only stayed one of our 5 nights due to this and were refused a refund. If you can afford to stay anywhere else, stay there.

I wish I had taken pictures. To say the room was dated would be kind. The bathroom tub was old , rusted and a leaking faucet.

I knew it was. 2* property the bed was clean and comfortable . What was most unsettling was the night staff/early morning man had no people or management skills. There was zero breakfast available , there was a set up but no cups , plates or silverware. No coffeepot, all I wanted was a cup of tea

he said we don’t have any tea. From the looks of it they had nothing. no milk , cream coffee etc.

Asked if there was a charger for my phone I could use for 15 min as mine broke and I needed my phone for GPS. Was told there were none but if he found one in the back it would be a $5 charge to use it. Was not the money it was the principle. I passed. I am an older woman traveling alone for my grandsons graduation if basic training at FT Benning. If you are in a budget and have to cut connor’s try to find alternate lodging if you are alone. It’s a dark and scary place.

They must get a lot of people canceling after check in as there are big signs no refunds after 15 min.

I would not recommend this property at all. The room was filthy so was the bathroom. Afraid to get a shower. One of the reasons I chose Econolodge was for the pool. It

This property was not maintained properly, it was not clean at all, there were also roaches within the room, the sheets were extremely dirty, I definitely would not recommend this place for anybody to stay at, although the people there were very nice they should definitely not be in the motel business or dealing with customer service

Some of the staff is not so friendly but they try to be helpful. My hubby is a joker and one woman was not happy about that. She as rude to him because of it. Besides that the place isn’t bad for price. Pool was nice and hotel seemed pretty clean. We only stayed 2 days.
