Everything was great!! The rooms are a little outdated, there’s rust around the bathtub, but very clean! Pool and staff are great!

Room stunk. Was not ready @ 3 for check in. Light shining in from door leading outside. Rented suits and mattress on pullout sofa was literally brown.

Check in was great! The room was a suite so it was large. Bathroom needs to be gutted and redone. We were scared to use the shower. It was mildewed and dirty. Air handler the first night was super loud. Second night was better. Window not functioning properly. We will choose another hotel next time.

Pool indoors good
No towel service or room cleanup staff defensive said management won't change leftover from covid. Wasn't told at checkin. Very aggressive when asked about. Hotel and parking lot need attention. I've stayed there many times over the years, never again.

Front desk lady was extremely rude. Said our room wasn’t ready. We went walking around the property while waiting & there wasn’t a single housekeeping cart anywhere. Pool for the little kids is extremely cold. Hot tub isn’t very hot (bath water temperature). Room was decently clean, but there is peeling paint on the walls. The tub has black in the sealant.

Toilet had a bad ball valve so it would run continuously unless you jiggled the he handle. Towels were a little thin and not very many. Not very many Towels in the pool area. There was a couple of Birthday parties going on so that d I didn't help. Over all not a bad stay.

The damp beds in the evening really gets me. K stayed two nights and left sick- wouldn’t surprise me if the beds have mold. No elevator - the drain in the bathtub didn’t work. Trash behind the night stand. Nasty smell on the second floor. Hotel restaurant food is terrible lol my salmon was burnt burnt. I know this hotel has some rough reviews, but I’ve always stayed on the first floor and never had issues.
I give up on best westerns all together - what a mess of a facility.

制冰机坏了……早上8点我们去吃早餐时，鸡蛋、法式吐司之类的都没有了！！！我环顾四周，看到其他人都有，但8点钟就没有剩下的了，而且看起来他们也不打算再做了，所以我和孩子只好饿着肚子回房间。不过除此之外，这还是个不错的地方。
