The room AC fan is making a loud noise throughout the night. It needs to be fixed as it’s disturbing my toddler’s sleep.

Room - floors sticky. Upgrades are needed desperately! Bathroom had many issues as well. The bed frame sounded like it was going to break!

We were pleased. The contenital breakfast was the only disappointing thing. Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great pressure.

smoke smell with attempt to mask with heavy cleaner- 4 available rooms on first floor- all of them smelled like smoke All family members who were in these rooms for a couple of minutes complained of headaches.
We left after smelling these. Nonsmoking is not accurate description.

Very disappointed in the smell of the room, the second night we asked for towels, room service cleaned while we were gone and left us 1 clean towel for a room with 4 people. We got back late from being at an all day softball tournament and was told there were not clean towels anywhere. We had to wait a few hours for clean towels and staff didn’t care. The breakfast was terrible we came down at 7:40 and all the hot food was almost gone and the muffins were hard as a brick.
