Very kind and friendly staff. Room clean and beds comfortable. General hotel maintenance is poor. Multiple water stains and plaster patches. Scuffs and scrapes on walls and door frames. Bottom of bathroom door was separating and stained.
I’ve stayed at several County Inns by Radisson but this property is not up to your standards.

Room was clean and in quiet area of hotel--which aligned with my request. Breakfast each day was consistently good.

Our was certainly not ready to host me and my 2 baby kids. We killed multiple bugs which is already disturbing. But the most disturbing was the little pieces of broken plastic in our bed, under the sheets the very first night, leading me to think we had dirty bedding and my baby girl was sleeping in bed with my husband and I. This is absolutely unacceptable, it appeared as though our room was seriously neglected not to mention the lack of a drain plug for our bath/shower. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be back. The customer service from the front desk staff was also lacking as there was no apology or attempt to make right by us.

We had to leave and not stay there. The bed had a spider and millipede in the sheets. The sheets were dirty with stains and had obviously not been changed from the previous guest.

Room wasn't ready. Put us in another room where AC wasn't working so had to move. No customer service by terrible desk clerk who wasn't sorry and offered nothing for our inconvenience.

酒店破败不堪/无人照料，我们其中一间房间的床单和上一位客人住过的一样，没有换过。泳池脏得要命，水浑浊不堪，头发一缕缕地垂在池水中。二楼走廊里弥漫着一股***的臭味，还有一股啤酒味。感觉太恶心了，我本来想去别的地方住，但晚上10点，有三个人花了30分钟寻找其他酒店，而附近已经没有空房了。
