Parking was fine. The temp in the room was cold. We could t get the heat to turn on. Let front desk know, but didn’t hear anything after that.

Business Traveler
The hotel was decent. The breakfast was good, especially for being 'free'! The room was quite warm though and barely cooled down even with turning the thermostat down to 65degrees. There was also a hair in the bathroom sink and the window in the room was fogged up and needing replaced. Lastly, the fridge was a mini-minifridge so maybe don't take your leftovers to the room. In general though, the room had pleasant finishes.

Room was clean and spacious enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. Some of the common areas need the carpets and tiles replaced. The gym was decent but a bit small and there were some weights missing. Pool and hot tub were decent. I'd stay there again, it just needed some love here and there.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The building is needing a little TLC, and when we needed toilet paper and tissues we had to go to the desk to get them. The complimentary breakfast was ok nothing special.

前台员工很乐于助人，也很友善。早餐是标准水平。但是，酒店设施陈旧，需要翻新。
热水浴缸很冷，大概只有96华氏度（约35摄氏度）。两个泳池周围的地面看起来好几周都没打扫过了。热水浴缸周围走动的地方到处都是死蜘蛛和虫子。
过去一年我多次入住这家酒店，注意到二楼的床需要更换。它们都塌陷了，又硬又难睡。
我喜欢这家酒店，它的位置很方便我来海伦娜工作，而且价格也相当不错。只是有些地方需要改进。
早餐一直都很棒！很喜欢这里的员工和总经理。
我们一年中会经常入住这里。
