First room i checked into was not made up yet so the front desk clerk upgraded me to a king room. It was great. Clean comfortable and quiet.

I have stayed at a few hotels and you know I usually go for ones that have pools but this one just fit my financial needs than anywhere else and even though it don't have a pool customer service is nice friendly and understanding the rooms are very spacious they're clean it's quiet I know no problem with noise didn't feel like it was ******* perfect temperature the heaters and coolers whatever work was like good in the room

This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. ******* gave me the option to pay at the hotel but I never even saw anyone at the desk. I held the room with one card but wanted to pay with a different card but they just charged the card I had held it with. They didn’t have me sign anything. They didn’t give us a receipt at checkout. There was not even anyone there at checkout. They had Dish Network but only 5 channels worked and they had no desire to figure out why. It was the worst service ever

Room needs paint job & upgrade. Towel rack loose from wall. Only saving grace, it was clean. Continental breakfast was very limited and room not inviting. Only 6 channels on TV.
房间非常大。卫生间的门很重。暖气系统看起来不熟悉。酒店的浴帘有异味，我不得不洗了一下。淋浴水温不冷不热。员工说他们在等维修人员过来。
早餐是面包、果酱、奶油芝士、苹果、酸奶和咖啡。非常简单。如果能有罐花生酱就更好了。还有橙汁和牛奶。
需要按铃才能让前台有人。指示牌上写着退房时放下钥匙，不用按铃。他们没有收我的信用卡作为押金。
酒店大门坏了半扇，房间一股怪味，幸亏能开窗通风。酒店屋里屋外都是暗戳戳的，感觉有点瘆人。早餐6点开始，我6：20去吃，只有切片面包等最最基本的食物。没有蔬菜、没有鸡蛋、更没有荤食。只能吃了4片烤面包。
选择这家酒店，只因为靠近I-15，进出比较方便。结果肠子悔青。入住后，就没有出过房门，晚餐吃自带的苹果了事，周边是荒地，还有流浪汉出没，真是失望至极！
因为我妈妈去世了，我不得不取消预订，当晚就得飞回去。酒店却收了我98美元，那是一个我根本没住的晚上。我请求他们考虑我的困境，但他们没有。我绝对不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。

这栋楼需要翻新。外部需要清洁或粉刷。入口门很脏。大厅地毯磨损严重。扶手椅很脏。房间里的灯罩坏了。
