Staff was very friendly but there was pee in the room on the rug, the room was huge but had FLEAS. Should be a necessary part to bringing pets, they should be required to have preventative treatment. Staff even offered to help find another hotel when I checked out immediately

Where are we staying?
Called by hotel at 11 AM to tell me no room available. Was on the road to destination. They moved us to a different Extended Stay in another city. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I received my money back as the new hotel was run down. We moved to another hotel nearby.

Woodward dream cruise
We have stayed here durning Woodward Dream Cruise fir the last 5 years. It seems to get better yearly. The staff was great, halls clean and whole hotel smelled fresh. You you next year

The bed was very uncomfortable, but it was clean. The carpet was very dirty, room had lingering cigarette smell. Staff at the front desk was friendly, but she had to ask for permission to give us more towels. Two night stay with two adults, and we were only given two wash clothes, one hand towel, and two bath towels. No extra pillows could be given out, so we each got one pillow- very flat. While there is a kitchenette, they do not supply anything for cooking or utensils. Wasnt the worst hotel Ive seen, but we wont book there again.

After staying in multiple rooms over many visits in the last month (I’m a traveling health worker), some of the rooms smell pretty smoky, some of the fridges are getting old and leaky, and the room cards never work on the side entrance. The breakfast they provide is only coffee and muffins or granola bars. Otherwise, it’s a decent place for a decent price.
