Hotel needs updating we had no water in sink kitchen, walls needed painting and the furniture had stains. The shower was dirty floor and the tub was in need of repair we loved the staff and the things we brought to their attn was fixed

Kind staff, pet friendly. Lots of people that aren’t guests at the hotel loitering outside that make it feel a little unsafe.

Everything was clean. The bathrooms could use some minor updates. Our king bed was super comfortable! Heard a local train throughout the night but, the hotel can’t control that. Breakfast was good. The staff was over the top nice! That means a lot when you’re tired from traveling. :-)

Room was ok. Smelled musty. Seemed a little run down. The breakfast was good except the sausage was cold and not cooked well. Front desk was very friendly!

The room was clean but the bathroom was small and there was no room cleaning when you stay multiple nights. The breakfast was fair but it was not kept up once items where put out. Coffee ran out and there was no bread products for toast, bagels, or sweets

酒店回复: Housekeeping is no longer automatically done with the exceptions of long term stays, but can be requested. There is a sticker on the sink mirror that has this information on it. I will take your feedback about the breakfast and the upkeep to my breakfast attendants to prevent any future issues. Thank you for your feedback!

I booked 2 nights but ended up staying only 1. My over-night stay was not a good experience. The room has a musty dirty smell and the bed was hard and lumpy. The bed pillows were sub par. The furniture needs updating as there was damage to the “wood” around the refrigerator. I will not book at this hotel again.
