Lacking in many areas. Advertised continental breakfast and the room is being used as storage. Asked to check in early and only a couple cars there and wanted to charge55$ because I booked on ******* instead of with them. Had to go looking for toilet paper. The cleaning staff is pleasant and one person at desk was pleasant but other gentleman who denied early check not so much. If you want a cheap place to stay and don’t expect much it is ok.

Wonderful staff, but mixed experience
We loved the staff; they were very helpful, kind, and professional. We upgraded to 2 queen beds, but didn’t get that, which was problematic for sleeping arrangements. We didn’t bother with telling them because the pool was only open for another 30 minutes and that was the kids’ #1 priority (and why we chose this hotel). The bathroom door was rotting and warped. The TV, shower, lights, toilet, AC, and more worked just fine. The room was small, but functional. The cleaning crew was very pleasant. The pool was small, but clean, fun, was not crowded, and had plenty of seating.

这家酒店还行，没什么特别好或特别坏的地方。我们的空调坏了。（我们到房间的时候电源插头被拔掉了。）我们被告知空调坏了是因为没有设置自动模式，所以冻住了。我们当时根本不知道需要设置自动模式。物业经理似乎因为空调冻住了而对我们很不满意。空调上没有任何使用说明。我们被换到了另一个空调还能用的房间。
本来可以更好
价格实惠，地理位置优越。房间干净整洁，但也有一些令人烦恼的地方，而且很容易解决。例如，给手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑充电时，有3个电源插座无法使用。房间里的咖啡机附近没有可用的插座，只能搬到床与床之间唯一可用的插座上。要取一盒或一包纸巾、一卷备用卫生纸或两条备用浴巾都很费劲。前台附近没有这些设施，所以不得不通知工作人员来满足要求。令人遗憾的是，从提出要求到最终完成的时间太长了。浴室的盥洗台或浴缸/淋浴间甚至没有肥皂盒。这些都是小问题，小问题很容易解决，而且会让这家酒店的排名大幅上升。
我们只住了一晚，价格太贵了。淋浴坏了，空调坏了，浴室脏兮兮的，而且没人打扫。整个房间都很老旧。枕头和毯子都需要换换。外面的人吵闹到至少凌晨12点。这里成了停车场里骑自行车的人的聚集地。泳池区就像桑拿房。热得我们和两个孩子都玩不了10分钟。真希望他们能退款。我们下午4点到的，早上8点刚醒来就迫不及待地想离开。晚上9点左右收到消息说免费早餐已经取消了。真是个笑话。
价格不菲，地方一般般。
房间一般般。看起来很干净，但地板却不干净。走动时感觉脚上沾着东西。水压不太好，但还能用。床单不太合适，总是从床垫上脱落。早上没有早餐。非常失望。
非常好，没什么可抱怨的，位置很好，附近有很多不错的餐厅
