The hotel was clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. It was the breakfast and the workout room ( all three workout machines were broken, no water cooler or sanitizer containers ) that warranted the three stars.

I would’ve rated this property higher but you’re not able to get an extra washcloth unless you switch it out. Asked for an additional one and said, “no”.

Great location and staff was good. Awesome price for the room I was honestly scared the room was going to be crap. It was on the same level as a holiday inn express with worse breakfast but it was half the price

Employee not present on check in ot check out. Found silverfish in room . Would avoid staying at this particular microtel in the future

Laundry facility was fine, didn't use the gym. The pool was cold and looked like it needed repair. Very shallow. Only like four or 5 feet deep.
But none of that bothered us as much as some of the trashy patrons

Came to use pool and it's down for maintenance. No vending on any floor but first and it's only cash. Buffet bar was slim pickings and room was a matchbox car.
