Reservation showed king room with Jacuzzi. After checking in staff said it is a frequent error due to *******, though they apologized. It was the only room left and we were unable to stay at home, so we stayed. Room was very dirty. 3 different types of hair in shower. Mystery liquid stains running down wall by bed, and nightstands. Greasy hand marks all over headboard, greasy anatomical print on windows. Dirty linens, with candy, and crumbs on pull out bed. Plastic (from bags) on carpeted floor and debris on bathroom floor. Picture shelf had thick layer of dust. Tried to take down an extra pillow from shelf and a small, open bottle of patron fell on my toes. Staff was friendly at least. Had we not been desperate we would have left.
