There wasn't any ice melt on the ramp going into the building on the SW entrance.
Only the front entrance had adequately been cleared. The rear of the building had only been cleaned on the outside of the walk. Not the main part where people walk. This made it VERY DANGEROUS for me or anyone with a disability to walk and be safe.
The mattress was not comfortable and you could feel all the springs ( hard and uncomfortable).
Only the bare minimal necessities. No klenex. No Tea in the room for drinking, only coffee. I don't drink coffee.
The heater in the room was the best item in the room. It didn't long at all for the room to heat up.
As for me staying at the Countryside Inn and Suites in Lake Manawa, this will be my only time staying there. Just to unsafe for anyone with a disability.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, however, there were no tissues in the room, there was conditioner but no shampoo, and the lotion was a used bottle.
The breakfast was severely lacking. The svrambled eggs were good, but only bread for toasting, no bagels or English muffins And there were 3 baskets for fruit but only one orange.

Yes. Ladies at hotel front desk are nicest most helpful of any hotel ive ever stayed at. Thats why i stay here all the time

Didnt get to stay here because of the massive snowstorm and was not available to give refund. BS
