The hotel and property were nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the property is located near several different restaurants and shops. Plus, parking is free! I have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The environment was very inviting. The front staff personnel was absolutely amazing by being friendly and accommodating!! We used uber for transportation without any issues. I would definitely recommend staying at the Aloft!!

The shower was weird.
Bo tub, no glass, kust a curtain so the water just goes everywhere

位置超赞，离丰田音乐工厂很近！干净整洁，服务也很好！
房间里没有客房服务，也没有微波炉，我的马桶里有个旧污渍。位置非常好，附近有几家餐馆。
疫情爆发前，我曾在这家酒店住过几次，所以决定这个周末来这里。唯一友好的员工是我们入住时遇到的第一个女士。真希望我当时能记住她的名字。我们入住和退房时她都在。
每当我们路过前台或向任何员工提问时，他们都表现得好像我们打扰了他们一样。前台有一位孕妇，当我们问是否有人可以打扫房间时，她简直翻了个白眼。
我们周日离开房间2.5小时，回来时房间仍然没有打扫。我们试图在走廊里和客房服务员沟通她预计的打扫时间，但她不会说英语。我用西班牙语问她再多20分钟是否足够我们离开，她递给我们一个垃圾袋。
这曾经是我最喜欢的ALoft酒店，但我不会再住在这里了。虽然床和淋浴仍然很不错，但服务实在太差了。我保证不会再向任何人推荐此酒店。
位置很棒！！雅乐轩酒店一直都值得信赖！！唯一不足的是，如果制冰机能正常运转就更好了！
