Great value, nice accommodations , great location.
Room dated but clean. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect, near sea gull beach, walking distance (a mile or so). Plenty of restaurants close by. Staff was friendly.

Parking area well lighted. Easy access to rooms from parking lot. Lots of amenities, play ground areas for kids, mini golf, outdoor picnic area with grill.

Room was alright but it was clean. Staff were pleasant enough but did not go out of their way to help. Breakfast was ok but after many other hotel visits, it wasn’t up to par with others.
Overall, the stay was fine.

Room old and tired. Warm weather could not open slider as screen was broken and hanging off. Not in room 15 minutes after check in. Fight was happening police were called to quiet the situation.

Everything was nice, clean room, clean bathroom and very quiet.
Couldn’t use the security latch on the door though as a very old slide lock was on the door!
Breakfast options need an update. Poor selection.
Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here last year as well and i feel the cleanliness and condition have gone down in the rooms my rug had food on it and we didnt have popcorn bathing room ceiling with breaking over the shower room smelt and it looked like a blood smear on the outside bathroom door frame

The rooms were not clean. Pillow cases had mold. Bathrooms ceilings were pealing and toilet seat was falling apart. The whole place is run down. Towels were stained.

The cover was dusty, it looked like the room was not used for a moment, the bedsheets were dusty. Furthermore, the footsteps upstairs were keeping me awake for most of the night.
