酒店回复: Thank You for your feedback. Please take a look at house rules printed on your folio which will explain your charges. We encourage all of our guests to read them during check in as well before signing. Our hotel staff and management does everything possible so that we can avoid false charges against any guests that stay with us. Unfortunately, we were not able to find any reasons to avoid the charges after your stay. None the less, we do appreciate your feedback and for making future guests aware of charges that could be involved when house rules are violated.

If there were any issues that prevented you from being comfortable surely we could've have resolved it together. But in this case, we weren't give the chance to provide that service to you.

Loved it peaceful
前台的女士很棒,但我们的钥匙不能用。她试着修好了,换了另一个房间,但还是不能用。后来她和我一起来了,她试过的两个房间仍然不能用她的万能钥匙,所以她帮我们换了另一个房间。所以,值得称赞的是,我们尝试了。但是这个房间看起来好像很久没打扫了。床上用品有问题。毛巾看起来有污渍。等等。我们最终离开了。

设施几乎不干净。马桶在地上摇晃,暖气勉强能保持房间温暖。没有提供香皂和纸巾。枕头硬得像石头,毯子对于特大床来说太小了。没错,价格很实惠,但这并不能成为基本生活用品如此简陋的借口。较低的价格虽然意味着缺乏额外的服务,但绝不能成为基本住宿条件差的借口。水温还算可以,淋浴也还好,而且位置很安静,这是两个优点。退房时甚至没有人可以就此发表评论。我们一定会在谷歌上给这家酒店差评,以提醒其他人。
价格还不错。唯一美中不足的是停车位,我们进门时问前台有没有早餐,说有。别误会,前台人很好。没有食物。我知道预算有限,但酸奶和苹果汁里果蝇的成分有限,其他吃的就都没什么了。我以前在一家精品酒店工作过,那里只提供冷食,不提供热食,但选择真的不多。我可以更新照片。冰箱里只有两样东西。我们吃了一个苹果就离开了。隔壁就有一家丹尼斯餐厅,这很有帮助,还有一家麦当劳。
声音太大,让人很不舒服。我在网上投诉了,第二天早上9点,他就来敲我的门了。我到了门口。他说,霍普森小姐,他抱胳膊有什么问题吗?
我的妻子不得不换床单,但工作人员根本不理会,并告诉我清洁女工不会喜欢我们,因为我们支付了延迟退房费用,而且退房当天清洁女工在我们的房间里走来走去,态度极其恶劣,非常不受欢迎,永远不会推荐😑
